It was based in amazing building in a marvellous location, in the middle of jackson. The staff was very pleasant and amicable without being intrusive. The room we had included climate control, a private safe, and LCD TV set.

This place definitely deserves more than 5 stars in my book. Everything was top-notch. The bed was huge and the room was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help during my 4-night stay. 😊

The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and sites of interest. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds and a calming ambiance. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered is tasty and the restaurant offers a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel has a swimming pool and a spa, providing guests with relaxation and rejuvenation.

One negative aspect is the lack of hot water in the bathroom sink and inconsistent water temperature in the shower, which can be inconvenient for guests.

Everything was good, though we stayed for 2 nights only. There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge, and a seating area in the room, greatly enjoyed that. Location: the hotel was close to the restaurant.

We stayed at a hotel over the weekend and the most amazing thing was the beautiful nature and peaceful environment. It was an absolute treat for our senses. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised by the complementary services offered during our stay, including the access to the restaurant and WiFi connectivity. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to transportation and the town center nearby.

Our experience was marred by a few major issues. the staff was not at all friendly and didn't seem interested in helping us with any queries.
